Meet Christian

Real estate strategy, financing and local knowledge, from one person

I'm Christian Penner, founder of Christian Penner PA, America's Mortgage Solutions, iRealEstateSearch.com at INLET Properties & Investments, and an equity partner in Dockside Builders. For more than 25 years I've helped homebuyers, sellers, investors, developers and business owners make real estate and financing decisions that hold up over time.

As both a REALTOR® and a Certified Mortgage Advisor, I look at every purchase from two sides at once: what the property is worth and how to structure the money behind it. That means investment analysis, wealth building, development opportunities and long-term financial planning are part of the conversation, not an afterthought handed to someone else.

Education and experience

I graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in finance and real estate. My career began in consumer finance, then moved into managing and opening bank branches for Wells Fargo, JPMorgan Chase, National City and PNC Bank. That experience led me to found America's Mortgage Solutions, which gives clients access to hundreds of residential lenders and thousands of commercial financing programs.

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, I've called Palm Beach County home since 1976. My wife and I first met in middle school, reconnected after college and have been married since 2003. We're raising two children here, and when we're not working we're boating, golfing, traveling or with family. I know the waterfront neighborhoods, the golf and gated communities, and the market conditions that make this one of the best places in the country to live and invest, because I've lived them.
