Who we are

What we collect

  • Information you give us through forms: name, email, phone, property address, price range, timeline and any message you write.
  • Usage data collected automatically: pages viewed, device and browser, approximate location, referring site, and cookies or pixels (including Meta and Google) used for analytics and advertising measurement.
  • Property search activity on the IDX Broker pages linked from this site is governed by IDX Broker's privacy policy and our MLS's rules.

How we use it

  • To respond to your request, show you homes, value your property and provide real estate and referral services.
  • To contact you by phone, email and text about your inquiry and related services.
  • To measure and improve the site and our marketing.
  • To comply with law and our brokerage and MLS obligations.

SMS / text messaging consent

By submitting a form with your phone number you consent to receive SMS messages from iRealEstateSearch.com about your inquiry, appointments, listings and related services. Message frequency varies. Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (CRM, email/SMS delivery, hosting, analytics, IDX), with our brokerage as required, with affiliated companies you ask us to involve (for example America's Mortgage Solutions for financing), and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can opt out of texts (STOP), unsubscribe from emails, disable cookies in your browser, and request access to or deletion of your information by emailing Christian@iRealEstateSearch.com. California and other state residents may have additional rights, which we honor on request.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards and keep information as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by real estate record-keeping rules.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
